So So it's been 3 days and i feel absolutely amazing!!!! Eating super clean! just to walk through what i have each day...
Breakfast:I start my day off with my Herbalife24 formula 1 Sport with two scoops of our chocolate protein powder...
Snack: I will ether have an apple with PB2 or i will have about 3 to 4 pieces of lunch meat with a string cheese.
Lunch :I have a Orange creamsicle Herbalife shake,two scoops of our chocolate protein powder.
Snack:My afternoon snacks i have a herbalife protein bar or our Chile lime soy nuts or even cottage cheese with half of some kind of fruit.
Dinner: Last night we kept it simple... A mixed roman salad with cucumber,beets, kidney beans,carrots. With chicken breast with a lemon Salas dressing all made from scratch
before each workout i take my herbalife prepare
during my workout i take my Hydrate and prolong
And after to fuel my muscles i take my rebuild endurance and rebuild strength
I also take my restore to restore all my muscles.
